Divinity Diamonds offers a 14-day return policy to ensure ultimate customer satisfaction with diamonds and jewellery purchased through Divinity Diamonds.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you can contact a Divinity Diamonds consultant on
1800 884 458  to discuss arrangements for either an exchange or a refund. Items returned must be in original condition and packaging must be intact. Divinity Diamonds is unable to offer a return policy for custom-made and engraved pieces.

The Returns Process

Once your returned item has been received by our returns department it will be inspected by a member of our expert diamond and jewellery appraisal team. Items which have been altered or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Once the item has been accepted by our returns team the refund or exchange will be processed within
7 working days. All Divinity Diamonds, whether loose or set in jewellery will be accompanied by a Diamond
Certificate. This certificate must be included with the return, in its original condition. Replacement fees will be incurred for those items whereby the certificate is either missing or damaged. The replacement fee is $250.

Preparing an item for return:

To return an item to Divinity Diamonds it is important to follow the 5-step returns procedure:

1. Contact A member of the Divinity Diamonds Returns department on 1800 411 444 to register your return and desired course of action, either a refund via the original method of payment or an exchange. You will be given a
10 digit Authorization to Return Code which must be clearly displayed on the return shipment using the Returns stickers included in your original invoice.

2. You will also be provided with a commercial invoice which must be completed and three copies made. This will be necessary for your return shipment with any courier company.

3. Complete you Airway Bill for the shipment. A member of the returns team will advise you of the correct way to complete this

4. Packaging your return – Ensure that all original documentation and packaging is included within your return package. The Diamond Certificate must be returned in its original condition or a replacement fee of $250 will be incurred.

5. Insure the returns package as you are fully responsible for the items until they are received by Divinity Diamonds.
* Divinity Diamonds will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred during the return shipment.
